1. Nature of Digital Products

All products sold on StudyVault are digital educational materials (worksheets, lesson plans, exam papers, and CAPS-aligned resources). Once delivered, they are instantly accessible and cannot be “returned” in the traditional sense.

2. General Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital downloads:

• All sales are considered final
• No refunds are issued after a product has been downloaded or accessed
• Users are responsible for reviewing product descriptions before purchase

3. Cooling-Off Period (Legal Compliance)

In accordance with the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act (ECTA) and Consumer Protection Act (CPA):

• A 7-day cooling-off period applies ONLY if the product has NOT been downloaded
• Once the download begins or access is granted, the right to cancel is waived

4. Refund Exceptions

• Product delivered is significantly different from description

5. Non-Refundable Situations

• We will attempt to resolve the issue or reissue the file

7. Processing Refunds
